	(consists of: full assessment, 1:1 spinning session, 3 x 1:1 personal training sessions, 15 min postural check, 30 min scalp massage, 60 min full body massage ) £250.00 (normally £294.50)


	Gold Band Package

	(consists of: Silver Band Package + 1 spinning session, 4 x 1:1 personal training sessions, 30 min back, neck, & shoulders massage, 60 min postural check & treatment, nutritional advice and full written report, full reassessment at end of the sessions) £590* (normally £644.50)


	Platinum Band Package

	(consists of: Gold Band Package + 4 x 1:1 personal training sessions, chamomile and sage poultice full body massage, full reassessment at half way point) £767* (normally £851.50)


	* full reassessment consists of blood pressure check, resting heart rate, body fat percentage or circumference measurements, basic fitness test and also goal setting.
